Innovation 2009







L’école Internationale de Pâtisserie has created innovating training courses entitled :
 
« The Spirit of the Great Chefs »
 
These trainings tend to make you discover the personality and professional skills of today’s great chefs from France and abroad.
 
You will discover original and unique creations in pastry, chocolate, candy-making and ice-cream.

News 2009 

Our school created and finalized for the first time to the world an original and complete professional concept of training over 10, 16 or 20 weeks.
We organize in the demand, the long training courses at your choice according to duration, subjects and 
diary of the trainee.  

· The trainees setting at least 10 weeks of training, 
will get the new IT software (NET RECIPE), 
realized and put in by Mister Jean-François DEGUINET


This complete and easy program of use to your computer, is adapted to the elaboration and to the management of products and receipts of pastry (multi-languages).
· The students in long training will make a period of practice, hands-on training in the laboratory of production 
Olivier BAJARD on Fridays and Saturdays according to the organization.
